New For 2026
Happy New Year everyone!
After a fantastic launch year in 2025 for our on-demand learning products, we’re excited for the year ahead. Last year confirmed what we’ve believed for a long time, that the sector needs practical, plain-English learning that reflects how block and estate management actually works on the ground.
2026 is about clarity of purpose and building a learning ecosystem that supports different roles properly, rather than forcing everyone into the same box.
Leasehold Block Fundamentals
Leasehold Block Fundamentals will be deliberately broad in scope. It’s being developed as a foundation course for anyone who wants to genuinely understand how leasehold block management works as a system.
This will include property management support staff in managing agents, contractors, RMC and RTM directors, professional advisers, local authority teams, freeholders, and anyone else who interacts with leasehold blocks and wants a real competitive advantage. The aim is to remove confusion and create a shared understanding of how the legal, financial, and practical pieces fit together.
Growth Club
Growth Club will be a focused membership specifically for property managers working in leasehold block and estate management. It’s being designed for people who are already in the role and want ongoing development, support, and space to think clearly about the decisions they’re making day to day.
The emphasis will be on advanced development. Going from ATPI through to MTPI, MRICS and beyond will be covered. We'll have high quality content on leadership and team management too.
Also, look out for series of content on managing large and complex schemes.
Through regular group sessions and shared problem-solving, members will be able to sense-check decisions, learn from others, and stay grounded in a fast-changing regulatory environment.
Section 20 Essentials
Section 20 Essentials will be a focused, practical course tackling one of the most misunderstood and high-risk areas of leasehold management. It’s being built to cut through the noise and explain what Section 20 is actually about, when consultation is required, and how to run it properly in real life.
This course will be particularly valuable for property managers, support teams, contractors, and advisers who need clarity on process, risk, and common pitfalls that lead to challenge and cost.
Thank you to everyone who supported us in our launch year. We’re looking forward to a strong, focused, and genuinely useful 2026.
Good Luck in 2026!
Good luck and keep on learning everyone.
All the Best,
The Block Coach Team
