Digital Products (Courses & Downloads)
Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a course or downloadable product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you purchased a course but have not accessed any part of it and wish to cancel within 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at [email protected] with your request and proof of purchase.
Live Sessions or Events
Refunds for live sessions or events will only be granted if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the event.
