The Founder
Joe Mallon MRICS FTPI
Joe Mallon is the founder of the Block Coach. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of TPI (The Property Institute). Joe has spent two decadesĀ developing a hugely successful career in residential block & estate management.
After working for high-profile managing agencies across North London, Joe co-founded JFM Block & Estate Management alongside James Farrar, in 2015. Joe is well known throughout the sector, speaking at both the ARMA (now TPI) Conference in 2023, and the Leasehold London Conference in 2024.
āI feel strongly that itās my time to give back to the sector and foster my obligation to teachāĀ says Joe.
